Under the patronage of the Ministry of Energy, Circle K signed an agreement today with Alsulaiman Group to launch a chain of fuel stations bearing the Circle K brand in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This step is part of the Ministry of Energy's efforts to develop the service centers and fuel stations sector by encouraging major international companies to invest in the sector, through the development of policies and programs aimed at achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
Circle K, founded in 1951 in Texas, USA, is one of the world's leading companies in the retail and fuel station sector, operating in 31 countries and regions and managing and operating more than 13,000 fuel stations worldwide. Alsulaiman Group, on the other hand, is one of the leading Saudi companies investing in the retail, logistics, technology and real estate development sectors and has several companies in its portfolio, including small retail stores under the Circle K brand.
The Ministry of Energy's plans aim to improve the quality and efficiency of services provided at fuel stations across the Kingdom, to ensure the provision of modern and advanced infrastructure that meets the needs and aspirations of users, in line with the highest international safety standards, contributing to achieving excellence in this sector.
