An official source in the Ministry of Energy stated that there is no communication between His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Energy, and the Russian Minister of Energy regarding the increase in OPEC+ members, and that there are no negotiations about an agreement on balancing oil markets.
