ARCO: Targeting Petroleum Products Distribution Terminal in Jeddah is Violation Against International Humanitarian Law

The General Secretariat of the Arab Red Crescent and Red Cross (ARCO) condemned the aggressive act that targeted the petroleum products distribution terminal in Jeddah, considering it a violation against state sovereignty, a threat to the lives and property of civilians, and to the energy source that benefits many peoples around the world.
The General Secretariat confirmed that this act is a violation of treaties and conventions of international humanitarian law, and a flagrant challenge to the international community, states and institutions, noting that this crime is a sign of a challenge to the world at large, and an insistence and persisting in threatening global security and stability.​
