The General Secretariat of the Arab Red Crescent and Red Cross (ARCO) condemned the aggressive act that targeted the petroleum products distribution terminal in Jeddah, considering it a violation against state sovereignty, a threat to the lives and property of civilians, and to the energy source that benefits many peoples around the world.
The General Secretariat confirmed that this act is a violation of treaties and conventions of international humanitarian law, and a flagrant challenge to the international community, states and institutions, noting that this crime is a sign of a challenge to the world at large, and an insistence and persisting in threatening global security and stability.
