EnergyTech has launched a new training strategy today in Al Khobar Governorate to address the energy sector's demands in line with the Saudi Vision 2030 objective of enhancing national human capabilities in the energy sector.
The Assistant Minister for Development and Excellence and Chairman of the Institute's Board of Trustees, Eng. Ahmed Al Zahrani said that EnergyTech's goal is to establish a global presence in the energy sector and to equip the industry with qualified and empowered Saudi talents, promoting sustainability, change, and expansion to new horizons.
EnergyTech CEO Bassam Al-Bokhari stressed that EnergyTech is undergoing a significant transformation in pursuit of excellence, underpinned by the five pillars of its strategy: enhancing operational excellence, creating value for investors, growth, empowering the local community, and business development.
The launch event featured the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between EnergyTech and the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation to establish a training institute in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia to offer training programs in sustainable development, solar energy, renewable energy, petrochemicals, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Additionally, several other training agreements were signed with several national companies specialized in the energy sector.
