The Minister of Energy said during the session that the oil market is subject to fluctuations due to the increase in supply and demand, and that the Kingdom has warned of the effect of prices on the volume of investment in the energy sector, indicating that there is a great consensus among OPEC member states, as the focus must be on sustainability in oil prices, the trade war and slowing economic growth that affected prices.
