    Overseeing the implementation of approved laws, regulations and instructions within the deputyship and its departments

    Overseeing the periodical reviews of the organizational structure of the Ministry to ensure its ability to meet the Ministry’s strategic and operational requirements and updating its organizational manual whenever needed.

    Identifying the future manpower needs of the Ministry and developing the necessary plans to meet them

    04

    Analyzing and evaluating jobs and developing and updating a grade structure and salary scale

    05

    Working on developing work policies and procedures for the Ministry, designing, and developing models, and creating and updating a procedure manual

    Leading the change in the Ministry and considering suggestions to build and promote a positive organizational culture

    Overseeing the designing of career paths for employees to ensure they develop and move up the salary scale

    08

    Overseeing the designing of a performance management framework and tools and enabling the leadership in the Ministry to support the professional development of employees

    09

    Identifying the development programs needed that are suitable to the employees’ capabilities and contribute to achieving their career goals

    Overseeing the designing and implementation of a leader development program to enable the Ministry to build a strong network of effective staff, and distinguished experts and opinion leaders in all energy sectors

    Overseeing the development of a succession framework and tools in order to identify future leaders and the candidates to replace them to mitigate the impact of a vacant position and ensure seamless continuity of operations in the Ministry.

    Overseeing the Department of Internal Communication, circulating the Ministry’s messages and sharing its latest news updates

    Promoting a sense of belonging by activating relative programs and developing and implementing programs to create an attractive, encouraging work environment

    Working on programs and activities that contribute to the transferring of knowledge
