This service enables beneficiaries to apply for a license to engage in one or more activities related to natural gas and natural gas liquids.
Service Level Agreement
1. Access the E-Portal:
- Log in through the Ministry of Energy’s portal using the National Single Sign-On, for foreign investors, using registered account credentials.
2. Select the Service:
- Select “Licensing of Natural Gas and Natural Gas Liquids Activities.”
3. Fill Out the Request Form, including:
- General information about the entity
- Contact information
- Project details
- Attachments of the required documents
4. Review and Submit the Request:
- Review the accuracy of all entered information, then submit the request.
5. License Issuance:
- Upon approval, the license will be issued and sent to the registered national address provided in the request.
- The entity must possess a valid commercial registration issued by the Ministry of Commerce. Government entities that do not engage in commercial activities are exempt from this requirement.
- If the applicant is a foreign investor, a license issued by the Ministry of Investment is required, authorizing the conduct of commercial activities within the Kingdom.
- A valid Energy Allocation Letter must be obtained.
