Service Level Agreement
1. Access the online portal:
- Log in via the Ministry of Energy portal using the Unified National Access or registration credentials.
2. Select the service:
- From the list of electronic services, select 'Renew Qualification Certificate'.
3. Fill out the request:
- Enter beneficiary entity details (e.g., establishment name, commercial registration, activity).
- Fill in all necessary information in the application form.
4. Attach required documents:
- Upload all required documents (listed below).
5. Review and submit the request:
- Review the data and ensure its accuracy, then submit the request.
6. Track the request:
- The consumer can track the request status through the account dashboard.
7. Renew Qualification Certificate:
- Upon approval, the qualification certificate for the gas station is renewed electronically and can be downloaded and printed.
- A minimum of one year must have passed since the issued qualification certificate.
- All licenses and documents from relevant authorities must be valid.
