The new supplier registration service aims to facilitate and accelerate the process of registering and accrediting suppliers with the Ministry of Energy to build strategic and long-term relationships. The service allows suppliers to submit registration requests via the ministry’s electronic platform and attach the required documents to prove their eligibility and readiness, ensuring the highest levels of quality and efficiency in dealing with the ministry and participating in tenders and projects.
Service Level Agreement
1. Submit the request:
- The supplier submits a registration request through the Ministry of Energy’s electronic services platform.
- Fill out the electronic form with the supplier’s basic information (company details, business activity, financial details).
2. Attach required documents:
- Submit documents proving supplier eligibility, such as commercial registration, certificates, and previous experience.
3. Review the request:
- The ministry reviews the submitted data and documents to ensure their accuracy and compliance with required standards.
4. Supplier Accreditation:
- If all conditions are met, the supplier is accredited and added to the ministry's list of approved suppliers.
- A copy of the company’s commercial registration.
- Zakat and income certificate and social insurance certificate.
- Quality certificates (if available).
- A list of past experience and projects.
- Any additional documents requested by the ministry.
