Service Level Agreement
1. Access the online portal:
- Log in via the Ministry of Energy portal using the Unified National Access or registration credentials.
2. Select the service:
- From the licenses list, expired licenses will be marked in red. Select the license renewal option.
3. Renew the license:
- Enter all required information for license renewal.
- Attach the necessary documents.
4. Review and submit the request:
- Review the data and ensure its accuracy, then submit the request.
5. Track the request:
- The consumer can track the request status through the account dashboard.
6. License Renewal:
- Upon approval, the petroleum trade license is renewed electronically and can be downloaded and printed.
- A valid or soon-to-expire petroleum trade license.
- Requirements vary depending on the activity chosen by the investor.
