The Reports and Complaints Service is an integrated service through which all types of reports can be submitted and submitted to the management team of the Partner Service Center at the Ministry of Energy to be processed and resolved as quickly as possible and with high efficiency and effectiveness, taking into account compliance with the best practices and standards approved locally and globally.
