About Vision Realization Office

It is an administrative unit within the structure of the Ministry, aiming to enable and support the initiatives of the Kingdom's Vision, and contribute to achieving aspects of integration between the entities of the energy system, in addition to the supporting entities, within the framework of the governance of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, in order to achieve our common national goals.
The energy system, which includes the Ministry and the entities whose Board of Directors is chaired by His Highness the Minister, is one of the important tributaries of the national economy, whether in terms of contributing to the gross domestic product or achieving the goals, obligations, and national targets of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
Royal Order No. (44,643) dated 9/15/1437 AH was issued to establish Vision Realization Offices to enable and support the entities of the system; to ensure the implementation and integration of the initiatives of the vision realization programs, and the achievement of the strategic goals, and the targets of the main performance indicators.
The number of initiatives of the system reached 22 initiatives, and 31 indicators to measure the performance of the entities.

   Follow up on the implementation of the system’s entities’ initiatives with full efficiency and mastery and ensure that they proceed according to plan.

   Strengthening strategic management processes and achieving integration.

   Overcoming obstacles facing the eco-system in implementing its initiatives and reducing potential risks.

   Improving the skills and capabilities of the system’s members in the areas of achieving the vision.

   Building, measuring, monitoring, analyzing, developing and aligning performance measurement indicators with relevant authorities to ensure achieving the system’s goals in Vision 2030.

• Compensating reserves, maintaining oil production capacity, increasing gas supply volume and raising refining capacity.
