Developing a methodology to enhance cooperation and exchange experiences and results between the Ecosystem’s bodies with the aim of developing and continually improving the Energy Ecosystem and updating it if the need arises.

Supervising the management of the Excellence and Quality systems and work procedures to ensure the quality of the process implementation in the Ministry as per the approved work procedures.

Collaborating with the concerned departments to set performance indicators for departments and projects in line with the strategy of the Ministry and the Sector.

Following up on portfolio, program and project management of the ministry's sectors and development, and its transformation initiatives to ensure achieving the objectives, and adherence to international portfolio, program and project management standards

Setting out the main trajectories of the energy ecosystem in terms of Innovation and Development and ensuring the alignment of the various efforts in the sector.

Working with entities in the energy ecosystem (government entities and companies) to develop implementation plans to promote innovation and development in the ecosystem.

Developing a methodology for presenting ideas and solutions using the Artificial Intelligence of the Energy Ecosystem, analyzing it, and studying added value and applicability at the sector level in the Kingdom.
